Vithean selected for Reverse Innovation Cohort 6

Phnom Penh, September 2026 — Techo Startup Center has announced the nine startups advancing to the Acceleration Phase of Reverse Innovation Cohort 6, and Vithean is among them.
The selection followed Elimination Pitch Day, where teams presented to a panel of judges, domain experts and the programme committee.
What the programme is
Reverse Innovation is a three-month accelerator that supports startups in developing innovative solutions to real market challenges, with guidance and mentorship from domain experts across different sectors.
It is organised by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Techo Startup Center, and co-organised by the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation and Khmer Enterprise.
The nine teams advancing in Cohort 6 are XOFFICE, GOLOCA, TOBSAR, AAP FARM, Vithean (POSCAR Digital Co., Ltd.), SV.CY (Cambodia) IM-EX Co., Ltd, KAPPY, SADA Solution Co., Ltd and Dojology Media Network.
Why it matters to us
Vithean is built in Phnom Penh by POSCAR Digital Co., Ltd., with practising accountants shaping what the system has to do. That is a deliberate way of working, and it is the part a structured accelerator tests hardest: not whether the software runs, but whether the problem it solves is the one the market actually has.
