Vithean at Cambodia Tech Sprint Day

Phnom Penh, 31 July 2026 — Vithean took a booth at Cambodia Tech Sprint Day, held at Factory Phnom Penh, alongside more than twenty Cambodian startups, SMEs and technology companies in the afternoon Tech Marketplace.

The day was the first event of Powered by Cambodia, a six-month campaign run by B2B Asia News with the support of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, the CBRD Fund and Khmer Enterprise. The morning ran workshops on everyday digital skills and practical AI tools for small businesses; the afternoon opened the exhibition floor and an Innovation Showcase stage.

Why we were there

The campaign’s argument is one we have been making since 2020: that software built in Cambodia, for Cambodian businesses, is not a compromise. Opening the day, B2B Asia News director Anthony Galliano put it as championing “locally built technology, digital infrastructure, cloud solutions, and e-commerce platforms.”

Vithean is one of those. It is built in Phnom Penh by POSCAR Digital Co., Ltd., with practising accountants shaping what it does — which is why the ledger behaves the way a Cambodian accountant expects and why Cambodia E-Invoicing is part of the product rather than an add-on.
