Cambodia E-Invoicing is the one part not switched on during a trial: connecting needs your business registered with CamInv at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, so it is enabled when you subscribe, and we take you through the registration.

Yes, and that is the normal case for a business this size. We set it up with you — opening balances, chart of accounts, master data — and we train the people who will actually do the work, in Khmer. What we do not do is keep your books: that stays with your team, or with your accounting firm.

Opening balances and master data come across from Excel, validated before anything is written — bad rows are reported and never reach the ledger. Prior-year detail stays where it is, referenced rather than re-keyed.

It depends on how much history and master data comes across, so we scope it before quoting. One thing is fixed: we do not go live in a filing week.

VAT on sales and purchases is tracked as transactions are entered, so the figures come out of the ledger rather than being rebuilt in a workbook each month.
